The Post Newspaper: Cameroon's Warmongering Partisan Attack Dog

 

 

 

 

 

It is an uphill task to extricate ill-educated Negro men like Azoro Opio - The Post Newspaper's some low level Editor' - from their natural habitat of small mindedness and their inherited ecosystem of Holocene primitivism.

That Mr Azoro Opio, who was not a panelist in the Cameroon Radio and Television (CRTV) Press Club of Saturday, November 5, 2011 in Buea, would seize the opportunity to publish in print malicious stuff: 'A Certain Frivolous Mole In The Press Club', on the Publisher of The Entrepreneur NewsOnline, Founder and Editor-in-Chief following his radio remarks on the observed below average trashy-partisan reporting that his paper has embraced, could be interpreted as the official position of the Buea based The Post newspaper, mindful that his write up of Monday, November 14, 2011, never carried a disclaimer ‘as his views only’. This therefore means that The Post newspaper, now a legitimate target for reprisal, from The Entrepreneur Newspaper, sanctioned a member of its troops of ill-educated roadside reporters to hound our reputation with their well-known intimidation and sully reporting tactics befitting a rural pornographic newsletter.

Q1- Peter Vakunta:  In your own words, how would you define Nouchi?  Is it a composite language, slang, or pidginized French?

A1-Mema Bamba: Nouchi is a vernacular language, nonstandard French of sorts, spoken predominantly by the urban youth in Côte d’Ivoire. Yes, it is also pidginized language, composed of formal French mixed with some local languages, the main ones being Dioula, Baoule, and Bete. Nouchi also borrows from foreign languages such as English, German and Spanish to expand and enrich its vocabulary. Beyond the linguistic aspect, Nouchi reflects the mixture of occidental cultures with local ones.  In a sense, Nouchi could be defined as a hybrid language.

Cameroon National Patriotic Youth Front Launches a New Online Forum

An online forum for the exchange of progressive views, opinions and civil commentary on the workings of the Cameroon state, and strategies for improving the welfare and prosperity of its citizens has been launched. The Forum was launched by the Executive Coordinator of The Cameroon National Patriotic Youth Front (CNPYF), Dr Ernest L. Molua. Headquartered in Buea, the CNPYF is a community of young Cameroonians committed to standing together, shoulder to shoulder, to protect the Republic of Cameroon and its institutions. According to the Coordinator, the mission of the CNPYF includes educating citizens on the critical issues driving governmental policy; promoting the virtues of good governance; and empowering grassroots leaders and activists in taking local and national action to promote economic development. Dr Molua who is also the Executive Director for the Centre for Independent Development Research [CIDR], a Buea based think-tank, revealed that CNPYF will collaborate with the CIDR in its community programmes.
