He never Graduated From University Buea, Uses Fake Certificate and Misled American Officials!

Frantic collaboration is going on among front-line Ministries in Cameroon responsible for national security to stem cyber criminality and incitement to violence. On Tuesday, January 17, 2017 the unregistered Consortium for Anglophone civil society associations was formally outlawed and its proponents arrested. They currently stand trial for sedition and treason. However, some collaborators of the Consortium leaders are at-large wrecking havoc against serenity in the South West and North West regions of Cameroon. The outlawed consortium makes sporadic appearances online with press releases signed by Mr Tapang Ivo Tanku resident in New York and Mr Mark Bareta. While government of Cameroon has called the attention of the American and Belgian diplomatic missions on this menace, the Cyber Security Unit of the Ministry of Defense is hard at work collating evidence that will facilitate the conviction of the soon to be arrested proponents of the Consortium. Sources reveal the Cyber Security Unit of the State is supplying online sourced evidence to the Sécretariat d'Etat à la Défense (SED) to build a case against Mr Tapang Ivo Tanku, who is currently a political science student at the The State University of New York at Buffalo, New York.
Tapang Ivo Tanku is a supposed graduate from the University of Buea, Cameroon. However, sources reveal Mr Tapang Ivo’s radicalization commenced from the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication where he had bitter quarrels and insubordination to Professor Enoh Tanjong the founding Head of Department of Journalism and Mass Communication. It is alleged that Mr Tapang Ivo was involved in examination malpractice with accusations of having fraud- marks, for a mandatory course he never re-took.
According to some accounts, Mr Tapang Ivo may thus have never graduated from the University of Buea, and he is using forged Undergraduate Attestation of Results. These are serious charges with potential implications for his current programme of study in the American university.
According to officials at the Transcript office in the University of Buea, Mr Tapang Ivo may have impersonated and misled the Fulbright Organisation, the US Embassy and the State University of New York, Buffalo to gain admission into postgraduate studies. ‘These are troubling revelations,’ insists Dr Emilia Bechem of the Admissions Office, and 'his American University should be notified immediately for the revocation of his student papers'. Other concerned officials have requested the University of Buea to immediately call the attention of American immigration officials.
‘Mr Tapang Ivo is a troubling young-man,’ says his schoolmate, who begs to remain anonymous. Family sources reveal quarrels he had with is Father of Blessed Memory a Police Constable. The family imbroglio between Tapang Ivo, his sibling brother and the father led to unrepentant fracas, and it’s alleged his father cursed him. In African tradition, these are serious events, as the dire outcome may be an ordained ill-fate.
The million dollar question, therefore, is Tapang Ivo’s current action a sealed fate emanating from his father’s curse that will lead to his eventual repatriation from America, arrest in Cameroon, incarceration and death charges for treason. If no cleansing was done in the African village, then Ivo’s fate is sealed, and his current character has been defined by this fate.
While in New York, however, Mr Tapang Ivo has published many video recordings calling for civil disobedience and for Cameroonians to rise against the state. He is alleged to have engaged in swindling and manipulating unsuspecting American officials. ''Such activities should be brought to the notice of his University officials,' opine retired Police Inspector Felicita Ayu'ni.
Investigators at SED expect to file charges for terrorism and treason against him and then formally request his extradition from the US Embassy. Speaking to an official in Cameroon’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, though a student under the US Fulbright Scholarship, Tapang Ivo’s activities, she reveals are contrary to the contract he may signed and against his comportment as a guest of the government of the United States of America.
Some inquiries have been made by the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Decentralization to the American Embassy in Cameroon to call their attention to Tapang Ivo’s nefarious destabilizing actions.
