I think it is laughable to claim that Cameroonian managers fail because they do have MBAs. All the reasons adavanced by this writer are generic in nature and would apply to anyone in any country who has no mastery of what he is trying manage. If I may ask this writer, Where is Bill Gate's MBA before he built Microsoft Corporation.

Let me note that Bank Of America, Boston Bank operated with experts in Banking and failed to make it through the tough business climate. In Cameroon, we have little njangi houses succeeding for years, some since the 1960s.....

I was not impressed by the quality of this article.
