OFFICIAL COMMUNIQUÉ: Investigative Reporting Competition

Insecticide-treated Mosquito Bed Nets in Cameroon 

The Cameroon Coalition Against Malaria (CCAM) and the Cameroon Media Against Malaria (CAMAM) have launched an Investigative Reporting Competition on the topic “Insecticide-treated Mosquito Bed Nets in Cameroon ”. The Closing Date for the reception of articles has been fixed for the last week of 21st November 2008 at 5PM at the CCAM office, Bastos, Yaounde. The minimum number of words for a newspaper article is 4500 and must not go above 12 000.

The duration of a radio or television programme is 13 minutes.

Prizes to be won include:

· 1st prize: Laptop

· 2nd Prize: TV set
