· Ensure brilliant execution of superior and connecting marketing programmes for Malts, Lagers/Ready To Drink’s (RTD)
· Support the Marketing Director in the development of a consumer and portfolio strategy for GCSA in line with business growth strategy.
· Lead the development of profitable growth strategies for Malts, lagers/ RTD Categories
· To deliver the key projects and activities to achieve this growth
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
· Strategic direction for brand and input into the Strategic Plan.

· University Degree in Business or related field and 5-7 years consumer and/ or customer marketing experience including Exposure to ATL & BTL development, Media planning, Agency Management, Budget management, Cross-functional project management (strong sales/commercial liaison and teamwork) and Management of direct reports.
CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS
You will need to:
· Determine strategic priorities across range of options. Lead effective GAME planning.
· Challenge and build insights and how they are applied effectively to drive brand growth
· Manage Multiple Projects.
· Delegate appropriately.
· Have Great planning skills and instill this in team. Demand and achieve world-class output
· Have Analytical skills
· Have good relationships
